Erica RoselloAre you living up to your full ability? Or, are you just remaining average? Every human being was put on this earth for a purpose and it’s our job to find out what it is and to succeed in doing it. Finding your purpose isn’t always easy. But, with some soul searching you will find your passion and learn to include it into your life.

Not all passions or life purposes will be able to translate into a job. Although, if you are able to use your passion as your job, you are one of the lucky ones. Sometimes our gifts, purpose, and passions have a way of finding us. Chances are it’s something you are good at doing already.

Sit down for a moment in a quiet place and truly think about your gifts and passions. Do you help people in a specific way? Does your passion bring happiness to others? Are you able to teach a specific skill to help others achieve their dreams?

Once you determine your passion or gift, try to implement it into your life on a regular basis. Try your best to share it with others. Think deeply about what you would like to do with your passion. Focus on pushing it to the maximum level.

For example, if you naturally are a good listener that helps others solve their problems and overcome obstacles in life you would be an excellent mentor or therapist. You might begin with offering free sessions at your church and to family and friends. Then you might take the next step to earn your degree as a certified therapist. But, then you might take it to the maximum level by starting an online therapist service that reaches people all over the world. You will be able to reach out and help millions of people throughout your lifetime instead of limiting it to a small circle of friends.

Your goal is to overcome being “average” and take action to be “awesome.” It takes careful planning and hard work. But, it will be worth it as you go through life helping others with their deep issues and obstacles. The feeling of gratitude from others will far exceed any monetary gain. Although, you can also earn money doing this job by charging a service fee or accepting bonuses from your customers.

It’s essential to step out of the box and strive towards greatness.

Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.
